I have been researching everything to do with health and fitness for years and just love being able to make art out of your own body. I did my first 12 week challenge with Sue Heintze of idealbodiesonline in 2003 and won the monthly Body Blitz Challenge and was featured in Womens Fitness and Health. I entered the World All Female Classic bodybuilding competition in Melbourne in July 2006 at the age of 50 and came second in the Masters - it was the most awesome experience I have ever had. I am now qualified to coach and prepare participants in all aspects of bodybuilding and contest preparation. I am also a fully qualified Certicate IV Personal Trainer. I love helping people with their fitness and weight loss goals and have created a fortnightly newsletter and monthly magazine to share my interets with all my clients and friends.

Hey you Superstar Mrs Olympia you :) Send me this pic via email, I love it (the one of you and your silverware!). I hope the dvd people get me backstage jumping up and down with excitement after they awarded you the trophy!! You are amazing, you are a tower of strength, and a barrell of laughs - I had so much fun.
