Scales saying 52 kilos this morning so I am pretty happy with that and went out to a cocktail dinner with 20 people at a friends house last night and I cooked my salmon and veges and took it on a plate and warmed it up in the oven. Need to add a few things to my goodies list in the back of my journal– This was the menu last night - pumpkin soup and soft bread rolls and butter, beef wellington with carrots in honey and almonds and baked potoatoes and caramelised stuffed pears in pastry with icecream with a drizzle of custard and choc sauce plus chocies with coffee – oh and I forgot all the cheese and biscuits and bread and dipping oil before we sat down for dinner etc etc. Anyway I ate my plate full of food and drank mineral water all night – (I just told them I didn’t eat meat and they didn’t even realise that I didn’t have the rest of the food well except for the person sitting next to me J

wow you are doing so well Kimmy - that is SOME willpower!
That menu sounds divine, but just think how awesome you are going to feel up on that stage in July!

*drool* You have impressed me with your willpower Kimmy... awesome work!! I'd certainly be adding those things to my list too!! About the only thing on it at the moment is the usual suspects... expensive chocolate, cashews and choc chip cookie dough icecream!!
How many days earlier are you getting to Melbourne for the AFC? Can you tee up with someone in Melbourne to spend a couple of intensive days with you to help you with your posing, just to tweak it a bit?
Love Rae xxx

Hey Kimmy,
mmmmm the desert sounded delicious. Congrats on being so strong willed. I too had a similar weekend of social activites. Yesterday was a BBQ and I took my fish and veggies. I like the telling everyone your vegetarian idea. Once I was at a work conference with my hubby, I just told everyone I was diabetic, it seems people accept that rather than asking a million questions :-)
Take care kimmy,
Sam

Hi Kimmy
Liz from Bodyblog here. I've found you! Thinking of you and your journey to this comp. What a fight you've had to get here, but standing up on that stage will be sweet.
Hugs
Liz;)
